Services

I can design or redesign any of your rooms or work spaces with or without bespoke furniture. I am able to offer services from initial spatial planning, right through to full concept, design and installation.  These services are carried out in three stages, Brief, Concept and Detailing.

I will be pleased to discuss any of your design requirements.

Brief

This stage will involve us meeting to have a chat (live or Zoom) I get to know you and you get to know me. I learn what you want from your project and I get to know your style,  colours you like and budget.

At this point I would need measurements of the room, I could do this if we meet on site or alternatively you could provide them and  include any room photographs.

I will then produce for you an outline of the brief as I understand it, confirming your requirements', and the associated design fees involved.

Concept

When I have worked through the agreed brief I will be able to present the proposal using a floor plan with furniture layout.

We will now start to go through all of the lovely samples and imagery on a beautiful samples board, with 3d visuals (if previously requested). You will get to feel the samples and see the proposals for window treatment, furniture , colour options, wall and floor finishes and lighting design.

I will welcome your feedback to ensure you are happy with the proposal.

Detail

Following your final approval of the design concept, I will be able to progress to the design development and will produce detail drawings along with elevations and a lighting plan if required. I will provide a detailed FF&E (Furniture, fixtures & equipment) specification as part of a full breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.

If other tradespeople are involved, I am happy to manage the project and liaise with them  (if required),  offering a central point of contact.
